Restaurant Server / Helper / Customer Service

Description:

We are seeking friendly, customer-focused team members to join our restaurant in Calgary, Canada. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, assist in service operations, and support both the front and back of house when needed. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, take orders, and serve food and beverages
• Set up, organize, and clean tables and dining areas
• Coordinate communication between the kitchen and service staff
• Provide information and recommendations about Turkish cuisine and the menu
• Ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns promptly
• Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of certain areas of the restaurant

Requirements:

• Previous experience in restaurants or customer service is an asset
• Friendly, professional, and guest-oriented attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility with working hours
• Basic knowledge of Turkish cuisine is considered an advantage
