We are looking for an experienced and creative Cook/Chef to join our restaurant in Calgary, Canada. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Turkish cuisine and kebabs, deliver high-quality dining experiences, work well with the team, and oversee daily kitchen operations.

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present dishes, with a strong focus on Turkish cuisine and traditional Turkish kebabs
• Lead and organize the kitchen team
• Ensure hygiene and food safety regulations are followed
• Manage inventory and supplies
• Develop new recipes and contribute to the menu

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Turkish cuisine and kebab preparation
• Previous experience in cooking or a related field
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety standards
• Flexibility with working hours
