Description:

Prepare and cook authentic Turkish kebabs and other dishes according to recipes and standards. 

Core Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients and marinate meats properly
• Cook kebabs, grills, and side dishes following hygiene and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
• Assist kitchen staff with food preparation and inventory management
• Ensure timely food delivery to serving staff

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
